What RE`s can replace Eventide Anthology plugins ?

Please suggest any RE`s , even if indirectly, performing the functions of plug-ins from Eventide Anthology XI
First of all - H3000 Factory, H910, H949, Octavox.

Is there an alternative to this package, what do you think about it?
What to look for from many hundreds of RE`s?

For starters, Propellerhead’s own Polar RE, a dual pitch shift effect:

Thoughtful patch designs using Polar and just the stock devices can get you close to the Eventide sound. But the addition of Jiggery Pokery’s Chenile (chorus), Steerpike (delay), and The Animus (shimmer reverb) REs will get you even closer.
