Does anyone know of a knob box Re that works like a little outboard set of rotaries and sliders? So you can plug a knob into a CV in and control it directly without a programing matrix or oscillator. Is this possible? Does this exist already? If it does I can't find it.

I was thinking about how there needs to be some knobs directly on the VST device. Then I thought of the ReKnob (which may or may not exist already) and how easy a work around that would be for a few different things where you dont' want to rout everthing through a combi's knobs but want them directly near/linked to a device. Basically a single rack device with a bunch of knobs and maybe buttons only, and maybe labels, and some cv I/O's on the back. Like a line mixer. Easy right?

Any ideas here?

For what it's worth, you can do this with an Ammo 100La set to Osc127 and wire the depth knob, bipolar out, to input CV-X. This will do it but you get one knob. And there's prob other devices that will do the same thing but again, a simple row of knobs?...

Yeah, I looked at them (may he rest in peace) . It's too big IMO. Just need something like a line mixer. (Or a VST decive update but never mind)
I keep thinking I"ve seen one too but can't find it.

It’s because I’m on a 13” Mac. Not a lot of screen space

This is also one of the various bonus modes of Selig Gain, just FYI.

This offers it also, but is a little more advanced.

Zvork Volt-SL.

Not only can you send out 24 CV values, you can store different setting in different banks, you can also cross-fade between banks, very cool feature !
