Missing Rack Extensions?

Just wondered if anyone has had a problem with rack extensions going missing?

I went to load Lectric Panda's CV Player Tap and it seems to have disappeared from the lists!

I've checked players, utilities, effects, everything and it's not showing up... I feel like i'm going mad or something!!!

Any ideas?

This happened with me as well. I synced my account again and everything came back

Thanks but I tried using the Sync All button and it didn't seem to make any difference - is this what you mean by syncing the account?

You just press one button & all the devices flood back in basically.
