In the PSQ-1684, how can I require two squares to trigger one gate?

Hey all! I love my PSQ-1684, but I have not been able to figure out how to trigger a gate only when two specific squares are activated. Conversely, is there a way to have one square function to deactivate the gates on another square? I have a fair amount of other Rack Extensions, but not Elementary Logic Gates (would these be required?) Is this possible?

Basically an AND gate would be needed i guess yeah.
That's in the elementary one yeah.

Depending on what you want to trigger, there are a couple of ways.

This way you would need to make the receiving end only trigger on full value, and nothing below.
(here i made A1 pulse 1/4 and A2 pulse on 2/4, so it you can see combined value is 127, but 1 value is just 64/63)

You could run two square waves into Miranda CV merger. It takes some configuring because when you add two CV signals together it literally adds them together, instead of giving you the average of both signals (or something like that). Anyway, this is a free download thanks to Jiggery Pokery, so you might want to try it out. I was just messing around with Miranda, PSQ and two instances of Step Recorder last night..... very interesting results. BTW, they also have a free CV Splitter that does the same thing, but in reverse.

Elementary is so much fun to play with.
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

Also @OP, I'm stupid, i haven't messed around with the mod matrix yet in PSQ.
Basically this is all you need:

/edit AGAIN: try changing some amounts here and there, just make sure the SUM of A1toA3Grid and A2toA3Grid > -100toA3Grid

I love configuring and playing all the different CV toys in Reason. I was being stupid too. Yes, it is also possible to do it within PSQ's mod matrix itself, as shown by mjxl above. I will usually give the most complicated way to do things.
