I'm interersted in the Euclidean RE/Player, but am trying to figure out if it's possible to get them to do what I need.

I have a multi timbral percussion VST with different drum sounds mapped across the keyboard - is it possible to rig up multiple Euclidean devices to trigger different keys on the instrument? I know it can be done with Kong because Kong has gate inputs for each channel, but in my situation the VST has only one master gate for the entire device. So is there a way to get multiple Euclids to pass note data to the instrument?

I guess basically what I need is a polyphonic Euclidean device that generates independent patterns for each note. Can this be achieved with a Combinator and/or Euclid Players?

Thanks.

Yes, Euclidian Rhythms (the Player) does this. There are even several combis in the patches that demonstrate this technique. You simply set a low input note and a high input note for each ER instance, and it will only react to that note, and forward it to Kong, or any other device. For instance, you can have one that starts when C0 is pressed and send its pattern to the Kick, another on D0 sending its (different) pattern to the Snare, etc.

This RE converts multiple gate signals to a single note/gate pair: -
