What effect based on delay, created peaks, sum phase offsets and include Cutoff freq and resonance? This FX popular as engineer live fx based on few summed mics used with drums in studio. How this FX type named

Another possible thing could be: Phaser type thing (chrous, flanger, phaser) since it is also delay based and manipulates phase.

Yea, "Tape Delay". Probably with some controls for modulation, phase, delay, feedback and saturation/limiter to trim the peaks.

Shaper or Feedback but two reason synths have comb filtering (Thor) (Malström) :)

Some type of filtering effect. Based on your description, it sounds like drums that have got frequencies canceled out and are sort of operating as if they were put under spectral filter, with multiple notches removed from the spectrum.
