Is there any LFO RE that can go really slow? Like minutes? Also is there any that allow more flexible synced rates? E.g.: 7 bars, or 14 eight note triplets?

ZFO-2 gets down stupid low too, bottom is zero, the next tick being 0.001 Hz.

Ammo does 8/1 (32/4), 12/1, 16/1 and 32/1, and 0.001 Hz.

But the Ahornborg is correct that for more specific sync times, render an LFO to a track (or use JB's toolbox) and ctrl-scale the clip.
