No, you're right, RND can do MIDI generation and randomization of incoming notes, but in this case only probability, pitch and velocity can be modified. That's why I recommended Note Humanizer instead.

You're welcome. I also recommend Poohbear's method, in the link he posted just above. It's different from mine but great too.
