bought cerberus rack and props ripped me off

:thumbs_down: props are playing games again... bought a rack... had a code... code did not work... then they say nothing we can do and no refunds... wow... get it together props.... $$$$$$$ 30 bucks is 30 bucks lost... I make 500 bucks a month geeze... love all kuassa stuff... but make the damn codes work please... is it that hard? and why oh why can you prop gods never admit a problem... I struggled for a month trouble shooting mac and reason 10... support said... no problem... and now 2 months later they admit it... get it together... own your mistakes... because it took me a month to check all variables they say over a month... no refund... money grubbers... are you going down as a company... hide every problem... that is not support at all... oh... screw the users who have supported you since reason 2.5... for new users.... bad form dudes
By the way kuassa as a company does care and offer support.... like it should be... thanks dimi
the props have blatantly lied to me at least 10 times so far... 10 to many... I have documents to prove it as well

You gonna bump this every 20 minutes? Maybe a better approach would be to contact the Props every 20 minutes, since annoying other Reason user may not get the results you seek.

From your initial posting I don't understand what is your problem ? You have some voucher or discount code which is not working? How did you obtain it. Did you asked them why and maybe code is only applicable in certain scenarios? Maybe only through some vendors/dealers? (to be fair that should be explained and pointed out by them then).

Hey, didn’t mean to say you can’t post about this, as it’s important to hear all experiences, good and bad IMO. Was just worried you might think you’ll get a satisfactory conclusion to your problem by posting here, and your energy may be better spent keeping the heat on the Props to resolve your issue. Good luck with this, hope they respond more positively in the future. :)

For about 6 months I took a screenshot of the checkout page before I hit the purchase button in the Propellerhead shop after I got overcharged. Due to something being on sale when I put it in my cart and being off sale minutes later when I hit the button to pay. I was so mad because the money I was overcharged was money I was going to buy other things in the shop with later that day. It got sorted out eventually. Now they've got a timer so you know when a sale ends.

It can be incredibly frustrating, I hope it gets resolved for you!
If you ain't hip to the rare Housequake, shut up already.

I'm really surprised Props haven't taken care of you. They have always been great in all my customer service needs, albeit a little slow at times. But they have always taken very good care of me, in the past.

Thats great Dimi gave you a compressor. He is a top notch guy. Good work, Dimi!
