Hi. Thank for you comments and ratings. I like if its interesting device for work.
Its a 1st April device. But as I see users have suggestions.
At first time we have idea publish it to few day-one week as limited 1st April joke device..
Dont think that we can rethink totally design, with current name we cant go out form Pipe theme..))
But we can change GUI if its needed. What you really need in part of GUI?
In feature we can rework it in few aspects. And save it free.
I think the name and the sound are great. I'd just get rid of all the pipework and have a simple, clean UI similar to Softube's Saturation Knob. You could carry the idea of the valve-handle into the design of the knob, but it really needs something to show you (visually) what value it's set to - a notch or mark on the rotator.

I love this one! GUI is somewhat quirky yes (which can get old after a bit) but this is super fun and useful for all kinds of industrial/noise/dark ambient stuff and noisescapes. Was actually thinking on the UI, how that would work... actually also thought about the same thing as Goodbye above (have the valve-handle embossed in the knob).

Yes, this is all that needs to be done so that one can tell, at least approximately, it's value.

Lol. Funny idea. Just like in a spring reverb hitting a string. Since it is a reverb it could make sense. Modulate it with an LFO and you have some nice modulation going on or drastic fx.

Hi. Sorry for question, but now I lost in translation. What you meant in "tap on pipe" ? :puf_bigsmile:
Please write more and may be I can understand it in right way. Its a kick sound to pipe (internal sound, edition reverb, how its must work and what is it?) or its tap-delay analogy..?)))

To Loque - I don't think fully understood too =) sorry..
But if you can write more about this idea I can think about it deeper =)
Thank You!
Mike

Here is an example of a spring reverb:

Ok, thank, now understand that we talk about kick/touch/tap to pipe.. its can be builtin soundest. And it possible.
About spring reverb not have questions. But need to try time ago soon as possible to try manipulate sounds in this way and may be use this idea! Thank You!

thanks for the freebie !

I just tried it out and recorded some ambient music with it:

Uses 6 layered instances of Turn2On's Pipeline Pressure Control RE freebie.
Blending weights are being generated by miditracker.org's CtlMorph node (which itself is controlled by a fader on my MPK49), then sent to Reason via remote override mappings.
Some additional modulation via modwheel and pitchbend modmatrix mappings.
Audio source is Propellerhead's Europa.
Only two minutes in, but so far really nice sound. Very relaxing stuff!

Maybe add a cv to change the tube lenght/complexity, or root,
then we could definitely go madtapping!
