Can't Download License Updates for Rack Extensions

I need to update the Rack Extension licenses for Reason 8.3 that I just put on my Toshiba. It was on my Mac, but I'm having problems with it so I put it on this second laptop as backup. Anyway, when Itried to update the REs I got an error message that read: Error Downloading License. Any help?

So are you saying you have installed Reason 8.3 on your new laptop, then when you run "Sync All" from your products page that is when you are getting the message (in Authorizer)?
