7 was fine... 9, 9.1,9.2... fine...9.5 problems began... 10 loss of much function in these racks... strange quirky behavior and more late 2012 mac book retna 16 ram,,, 2 ssd drives... thunderbolt drives... fw800 drives, usb drives... tried every fix but reinstalling racks.. really notice in the 50 50 refills softtronics... too much for my machine to handle... sound drops out on audio tracks then starts again... crackles... graphic strangeness at times... and super slow... no vst running... I don't dare..... too slow message... no way out,,, must boot down and start over
so far low rez... nope... turn on and off multithreading, ... nope... run at 44.1 which I should not have to... I work in nfilm 48k is my preferance... buffer size changes... hair leaving head.... baldness surely coming

the limitations are setting me back... for me that is serious enough to mention the problems... but hey... each to his own... props are aware... many mac users also experience problems... how could that be trivial in your speak... u got words... use em

gloating window dude... this is twice since reason 3 that this kind of issue occurred... oh wait line 6...... when pointed out... they deleted the comment from their page... lol... blame apple... the tree was a bad idea... take a bite... it's gooood.... and when pointed out issues in relation to macs,,,, the jackels pounce in to defend the practice... meh... bark up the other tree

I just don't suffer from from any of the issues you describe, is all - and I'm running Reason on a 5+ year old machine (and I own all of the RE in your screen grab, BTW). If this is just an OSX issue, hopefully Props will get you sorted after the holidays. Have you reached out to them and reported the bugs?

Because here no problems on many different Macs (diff. configurations / diff. kind of Mac) / Diff OS.


Sometimes with different DAWs only problems on some PowerMacs (example 2012 / thats why sold) and sometimes (incl. Reason) with first versions of last OS (HS).

Best Results on older mashines (incl. MacBooks) with OS 10.9.5

Main issue is racks constantly cause too slow message… expanse, vk2,zero hybrid synth, sometimes nostrum, and noxious…. Tried buffer size, low Rez mod, multi processing box on and off,switched to 44.1 from 48k which I like to work in because I work in film as well... reason 7 had no problem with many instances of racks… 9.2 was fine as well… 10 has an issue late 2012 Mac retina powerbook siierra 16 gig ram and 2 sad drives… the rest of my messages appear to be in error on closer look… been frustrated with 10 since I bought it… crackles… sound on a track will just stop playing… an audio track no less… once too slow message hits… there is no way to recreate the patch set up… all sounds disappears and I can not save anything… have to boot down and start again... the screenshots were of racks purchased in authorizer... finally started working with support on issue ... initial exchange yesterday
