i just realized my song file was 450MB (Reason rookie here ) i'm currently trying to figure out how to reduce the size before uploading.

i appreciate the opportunity , the Reason Talk forums have a real sense of community unlike any other!

EDIT: "Save and Optimize" did the trick!

There were so many entries by the end of the month that I really wasn't expecting to have a chance here, thanks so much! I'll get my song file uploaded tonight.

Yes, congratulations to the winners.

Advanced Suite makes very good music and deserved to win. At one point, when I listened to his album/EP, I had to make sure that it was still listening to an entry to an online softsynth compo

I know, tastes differ but I was a little tiny weeny bit disappointed that this one did not even get a honorable mention:

(well, here it is it's a really great VK2+TR808 only album, in my honest opinion)

@Olivier: I am as surprised as you are. I really liked your (unpopular, old-school) track.

@the organizers: Thanks for the song challenge. These things are always great motivators for actually making and releasing some music.

Congratulations everyone - some superb sounds were in this contest. I'd already bought the VK-2, it's the only Synth I use at the moment.

Congrats to the winners and everyone else who entered! I was one of the later entries and the songs were so good I nearly didn't bother! There's certainly some talented people around!
