Proton & Polar comes to mind !
and would probably produce something very similar ..........
Proton's particles & Polar's frequency shifting , even tho Proton frequency shift's itself , there are more options using Polar !
Loupe 2 does sound nice

Not to split hairs, but Polar doesn't do frequency shifting - it does pitch shifting. At least, not the sort of frequency shifting like Ecobode.Majestik Monkey wrote:Proton & Polar comes to mind !

Proton's particles & Polar's frequency shifting ,
Win 10 | Ableton Live 11 Suite | Reason 12 | i7 3770k @ 3.5 Ghz | 16 GB RAM | RME Babyface Pro | Akai MPC Live 2 & Akai Force | Roland System 8, MX1, TB3 | Dreadbox Typhon | Korg Minilogue XD
The experiments are currently heading towards a mash between nostromo and fritz.

I stand corrected & yes Echobode would be a better choice ....EnochLight wrote:Not to split hairs, but Polar doesn't do frequency shifting - it does pitch shifting. At least, not the sort of frequency shifting like Ecobode.Majestik Monkey wrote:Proton & Polar comes to mind !

Proton's particles & Polar's frequency shifting ,
I think I was thinking about the use of Polar's buffer freeze also , I bet all three would produce some very cool Twist's

I mentioned it in that other thread but that's basically what I imagined. Hope it turns out great!rcbuse wrote:The experiments are currently heading towards a mash between nostromo and fritz.

I think you will see a PSQ v3 and Nostromo v2 and a few Something v1s in 2017.theshoemaker wrote:So do we get a Nostromo vNext?rcbuse wrote:The experiments are currently heading towards a mash between nostromo and fritz.

I'd just like to ask, no beg! for an sample start knob you can automate. I've been waiting for that for so long.
Not the NN19 variety that sucks, the NNXT variety that does the whole sample.

"Do some FM stuff with Samples like how Ableton's Sampler can do FM. Also maybe some FFT kinda reshaping of the samples harmonics. Can't wait to see what you do with your next product!"
Automatable RANDOMIZABLE loop points <3
Okay, I appreciate we're getting more towards glitch machine territory.
Stimpy digression: there's a lovely long interview that Marc Maron did with Billy West on his WTF podcast, which I listened to yesterday. Ren & Stimpy is covered. Recommended, five stars.

If you think about some sequencing features (for PSQ or Korde etc) i found tons of really neat stuff when i was messing around with tidal cycles.

I know, most of it cannot be transferred to a RE ui but i think in some cases it would be possible. I love the "every x loop alter something" option.
