I am pretty sure, it was asked quite often, but is it allowed to use FX from other synths even if they are not stock?

But of course...
Loque wrote:I am pretty sure, it was asked quite often, but is it allowed to use FX from other synths even if they are not stock?
Yes as long as those synths are not generating their own synth sounds.

Ok, thx. Just to be clear: not FX sounds, only the FX area like Reverbs....

What an amazing synth! Thanks Skrock! :D
here is my entry "JumpKraft6" hope y'all like it. If you do share it with someone..... or don't share it and this little secret will be between you and me :)

All sounds created with Kraft except Kick Clap Hat and Crash aaaaand Vocal, I did run the vocal through light settings on Kraft and Vocoder then layered it with the original

I also ran the Hi hat through the same process just with much harsher settings. witch then became one of the synth in the middle of the song.

Do A-list drummers, guitarists and radical piano and stringwerks count as synthesizers?

What you may not use in your song:
No instrument samples (you can use drums samples and samples of Kraft Synthesizer)
A-list drummer is permitted, but not A-list guitarists, Radical Piano and Stringwerks. However, you can record your own guitars, piano and strings. With that said, KRAFT should be the main focus of your soundscape.

I may do a bit more work on the mix before the final submission date but this is what I have for now.

Hope you guys enjoy it.

Thanks for the awesome contest! I had a blast making this track. :D
All sounds are the Kraft synth :re: except a few factory drum samples.

To be expected that Kraft would suit you well Mr Ceti.

And you Mr Pope have shown that Kraft is indeed capable of being very genre broad.

:)

Thank you, Benedict! And thanks for checking out my track. I really like everyone's submissions so far. :) Kraft's filter drive is INSANE! I kept finding all sorts of awesome sounds with just small adjustments it has been hard to limit them to one track.

Can I use Mixfood Ambi Nature? It's basically just a sample player, not a synth. I was thinking of adding some subtle rain sounds. Would that be alright?

I've read the rules, but I'm still not sure whether using Ambi Nature would be ok.

Sorry, you can't use Mixfood Ambi Nature Re (you can use vocal samples, FSB drums samples and samples of Kraft Synthesizer).

Sup, here is my submission. Kraft is a neat synth with a nice sound and FX and really cool filter characteristics. I didn't have to bounce too much.
With about 15 Krafts in the project my CPU handled it pretty well, good stuff.
Good luck to y'all.
