Log into your Propellerhead account, goto the 'Products' page and click on 'Rack Extensions'. A list of your REs will be on display (If you followed the procedure) on the Cakewalk registration page (Giving your email address that you also use for your Props account & selecting Reason as your 'Main Daw'). You should see the RE-2A as one of the REs.
