This year in August Kuassa added an oversampling switch to their Creme and Vermilion rack extensions to prevent it from producing annoying aliasing sounds. I decided to create a couple sound examples to show you the difference between aliasing and no-aliasing.

My aged ears prefer the Softube amp (without aliasing). Why does it sound better then the Kuassa Amps with 2x oversampling?

I didn't really tried to match the amps but used simply a setting with much gain for trying to make it produce aliasing sounds. The Softube has more gain and all cabs have a little ambience on them.

Maybe one day I will do a large comparising using my Strat and Ibanez with humbuckers.

The Amp/Cabinet in Ableton arent so great and versatiles but they can be cool at times (if you're after a dirty sound)
