End of summer sale?
There's got to be one coming up before long. The actual end of summer isn't until Sept. 22 I believe though, so it may be a wait.

Propellerhead stuff is on sale now
I assume an official sale list/link will be on the way soon...

Interesting how Prop's Rack Extension bundles do not go down in price, only the single items (for example Radical Keys and Piano are now only $49 each, or you can buy the bundle for $149). I have always thought that the bundles go down in price too on sales?

Must... keep... wallet... closed. Uggghhhhh.
Yes, same with the A-list drummels. €69/drummer and the bundle is still at €199, so you save nothing buying the bundle now, and I hoped it would also be a sale on the bundle. Well, the logic of sales is not always in my favour. Guess I will pass for now.K1TTENM1TTEN wrote:Interesting how Prop's Rack Extension bundles do not go down in price, only the single items (for example Radical Keys and Piano are now only $49 each, or you can buy the bundle for $149). Guess I will pass for the moment. And the sale has not officially started yet. Usually things change and being added. So one just have to wait.K1TTENM1TTEN wrote:Interesting how Prop's Rack Extension bundles do not go down in price, only the single items (for example Radical Keys and Piano are now only $49 each, or you can buy the bundle for $149). The sale prices are changing quite a lot until the sale is officially ready, say in a few hours, swedish lunch-time. So it can be another price now if clicking on the individual items from what the price says while browsing. So one have to just wait until all prices are ready.

If only Cakewalk's RE2A could go on sale again, missed it the last time!
My suggestion is to keep an eye on this:Sprockhead wrote:If only Cakewalk's RE2A could go on sale again, missed it the last time!

When that goes on sale, start bugging them
That's what I did. It pretty consistently goes on sale too. It's difficult to just bug a developer to create a sale out of the blue. But if they have a sale of their own going on for other formats, I have no problem bugging them.
Or you could contact them and remind them that Propellerhead very likely has a Black Friday sale coming up...

& why would they put a discount on a product that's only released for 2 months ???K1TTENM1TTEN wrote:If only the Reason 9 upgrade was on sale...

Because charging owners of Reason 8 "full upgrade price" is dated and lame.Emian wrote:& why would they put a discount on a product that's only released for 2 months ???K1TTENM1TTEN wrote:If only the Reason 9 upgrade was on sale...
Native Instruments, as well as about any other major VST company out there, offers a higher upgrade price for those with older legacy (in this case Reason 1-7 users) versions of their software and a lower upgrade price for those who own the last previous version (in this case Reason 8 users). It would be nice to see a special upgrade price be made available to owners of the previous version. Call it a summer sale special, or call it a permanent pricing structure, either way it should happen
NI's pricing isnt tiered like that. Its the same upgrade price across the board for komplete. Doesnt matter what version your on. Thats why most people only upgrade their komplete every couple of years to get the max benefit out of it unless theres some real must have addition
You could always grab the reason upgrade from a third party retailer like jrrshop, they have a set of coupon codes that always work (except during certain sales on certain items). Im pretty sure I got my R9 upgrade from them for 90-100
