It's a fantastic synth. Great Alpha Juno emulation.

It has an unusual multi-stage envelope which takes some getting used to, but overall it's an easy synth to program. I'm not aware of any other faithful Alpha Juno emulations, so if you like its sound then Redominator is probably the best option there is. I could envision some serious synthwave action using this and Korg Polysix/MonoPoly. :)
Music is nothing else but wild sounds civilized into time and tune.

The RE lacks the chord mode that was present in the original alphaJuno (and VST), due to platforms limitations afaik.

I have noticed a difference. I see that vst does not have the alpha juno filter that the vst does. i've been comparing them side by side. you also get more banks with the vst version.

I love the alpha juno filter in the RE. This is something the vst format lacks

Definitely would love to have some Roland in my REs collection but I'm not 100% sure Redominator is going to make a huge difference (sound-wise) with what I have. To make me hesitate even more is that unusual envelope.. having some frustrations with PX7 already, my choice -**for now**- is to hold on and wait to see if some other Juno-ish (or somewhere around there) goodness will pop up in the store one day :)
