Stuck in Trial Mode

Hi ~

I downloaded a trial of A-List Acoustics then purchased it. It remains in trial mode even after authorizing it. Funny thing is, my A-List Electric is now in trial mode too, when previously it was working fine.

I've removed the licence via the web and added it back, but it did not fix the issue.

Is there a step-by-step to authorizing RE's? Have Reason running; not running; dongle in - dongle out??? What am I missing?

Try deleting it via the authorizer. Then go to your account on the props website and sync all.

I get something similar with Predator and Parsec. Any track that has them in greets me with a pop-up saying I no longer have it on trial and either gives me an ok button or a go to shop button. I click ok and the devices load up fine.
I've synced them lots of times but still have the issue. I've given up trying to fix it as the devices work fine when loaded. Is annoying though.
