Translate multiple CV gate outs to CV note numbers ?

Anyone have an idea what's the best way to translate 16 gate out signals to user set keynotes ?

I'm checking out System 9 RE and want to use that sequencer for some simple melody writting using one synth module.

You can just use any device that can output a fixed CV value. I would suggest the free CV8X4. Just use two of those, and match up the outputs with the System 9 gates. The only tricky part is figuring out what note the CV numbers represent

A workaround could be to connect each Gate Out to a Kong pad and load in the same NanoSampler with different pitches respectively

That's not a synth module unfortunately.

Kloeckno, great suggestion ! Works like a charm. I knew it was limited but I can play melodies on Megasaur with System 9 now !
I change the note lengths with the synths decay's.
