Anyone have an idea what's the best way to translate 16 gate out signals to user set keynotes ?
I'm checking out System 9 RE and want to use that sequencer for some simple melody writting using one synth module.

Translate multiple CV gate outs to CV note numbers ?
Hmm, looks like MoPol can do the job, https://shop.propellerheads.se/product/ ... -cv-merger , but System 9 is lacking the note output value. I'll email the dev
You can just use any device that can output a fixed CV value. I would suggest the free CV8X4. Just use two of those, and match up the outputs with the System 9 gates. The only tricky part is figuring out what note the CV numbers representBonkhead wrote:Hmm, looks like MoPol can do the job, https://shop.propellerheads.se/product/ ... -cv-merger , but System 9 is lacking the note output value. That's not a synth module unfortunately.Joerg wrote:A workaround could be to connect each Gate Out to a Kong pad and load in the same NanoSampler with different pitches respectively
