Aurora Hybrid Synthesizer
Edit:
Improved matrix
fun waveforms
Beta testing / Making patches.
Soon!
If you feel strongly about making patches and want to help out. Sen me a PM.

Looks interesting - what's going on there under Modulation Source? A/D/S/R I get, but A/R/P/R/O?

Hello Marcus,
something that I miss in Reason, is the posibility to shape sampled instruments like horns, woodwind and others in the "oscillator-area".
Only Vecto is able to do this with fm for stings and choir.
It would be great, if You could spend Your Aurora this kind of waveforms, like old hardware-workstations did.
I would like to shape/modulate these " samples" with the xmod-posibility or with something like Yamahas EX5 did with its fdsp-algorithms.
(I like Your Orbis very much).
Have a lot of fun with spending us new wonderful synths

P=Phase
R=Retrig
O=Offset

I've been looking into this before. I have some ideas for a different synth more in the realm of what you are looking for. As you know there are some sounds like that in Obis, however wavetables are limited in many ways. If I do make a workstation type synth, it will be very 80's. Listen to Vince DiCola War / Fanfare from Rocky. Amazing sounds!

Hi Marcus,
thank You for answering.
An "Eightiesstyleworkstation" would be fine.
But what I meant are features to modulate samples and I wonder, why nobody is talking about that.
I know there are wishes to have a granularsynthesizer to work with in reason - a great idea.
But I would like to see features like a kind of RCM-Synthesis (SY99), Transformmultiplication or the things, alchemy was able to do, I think a kind of resynthetic way with additiv and granular features.
I am not a coder and I don't know anything about the limits in creating new synths and samplers for reason.
So maybe my wishes are stupid.
But I like Your ideas and Your products very much - I am a fan.
Have a peaceful time and thank You
S.
p.s.: Let's show, that we are able to live in peace with ALL our neighbours.
For a loud NO to all kind of religious, political and last but not least economical radicalism.
We have to do it by ourselves, cause our religious, political AND the economical leaders won't do and we know what that means.
We are not their victims, not their slaves!
We live in terrible times, but let us use our heads, not loosing it.
For more social equality worldwide for everyone.
No war cause of wrong interests!
