is there a re that produces the stereo spread
 fx kinda like the waves s1 . im already using 
a stereo splitter was wondering if they had 
a rack for that(no pun intended) Image

Ummm did you consider the M-Class Stereo Imager?

Otherwise Red Rock offer a free Mid-Side splitter/merger so you can DIY

:)

Kilohearts Faturator is my go to for artificial stereo spread.

I really like wave S1

This is your best bet in Rack Extension format :
Image

You can pan the side and Mid independently...to get that Asymmetry,Rotation feel that S1 has.  
My opinion is that Propellerhead REASON needs a complete rewrite!
P.S: people should stop saying "No it won't happen" when referring to a complete rewrite of REASON. I have 3 letters for ya....VST
