new revolt 1.1.5 ?

I think thats highly unlikely since the developer past away last year. i have had 1.1.5 installed since july of 2014. So no updates there.

i know that (was a very sad moment) but i had all RE's installed (all) and the revolt was installed today in front of my eyes !?

maybe a stability update from the props for 8.3 ?

It could explain why the B&O devices were removed - possible bugs - and Propellerheads seeing it as their duty (and within their rights and possibilities) to fix it to keep the promise of future compatibility for those who already bought it.

I just did a full sync, and ReVolt didn't update. I've had 1.1.5 installed since I redid Windows on 2014-09-28.

That's what happens to a device that's removed from (or not yet in) the shop. Only devices in the shop have product pages. Pre-release, beta devices, and those that have been unlisted don't have pages, but they can still be downloaded from the user's product list.
