One-Note Stand note CV out values (Bug?)

Has anyone noticed that One-Note-Stand outputting higher CV values from E4 and up?
Measuring with Revolt gives CV=63 at D#3 and CV=65 at E3. G8 gives CV=0.
Replacing One-Note Stand with RPG-8 (Arp: Off) gives CV=64 at E3 and CV=127 at G8 as expected.
