On my machine, I don't quite get one DSP bar.  It sort of tickles when those are engaged.  If I instantiate 2 of the Req131's, then I can get a solid single DSP bar.  But yeah, I agree it's a little CPU hungry for such a simple GUI.  I'm curious as to how hungry the new version will be...

31 EQs in a row isn't exactly simple.. And the processing power needed for a HPF/LPF goes towards infinity the steeper its supposed to be  Anyway I already said I think a GEQ is silly for a DAW

I didn't create 31 in a row, just 2 eq's!    Or.. did you mean 31 bands in a row..?
