First, go into your Windows folder options and select "show hidden files, folders and drives".  Then go to:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Propellerhead Software\RackExtensions

..and delete all files ending in *.cache (that's your license files).

Launch Authorizer and delete Zvork's Noxious RE. (..or, you can just delete the entire Zvork Noxious folder listed in the above area..) 

Finally, go HERE, and hit "Sync All".  

Try Reason after it downloads Noxious & your licenses all over again.

hello I have same problem but the solution doesn't work.
I upgraded my RE seilig gain and I get this message
device error an error occured in device 'selig gain' it has been diszabled. You still save your document.
I contacted Seilig developper but thet can't reroduce the bug. I contacted Proppelerhead but no answer.
May be some one can help?

It's not the same problem: the message you got indicates a problem that is usually related to the Rack Extension itself...

The Selig Gain newer version has a bug, now known by Selig who is working on a fix. See this thread, where it's largely discussed: http://www.reasontalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=7491734
