I'm getting a 404 on the shop site as of now.

Nope they are F@cked it is unintentional the website was down for hours too. Their provider has some issues.

Message here says closed for maintenance, fwiw (and that they expect to be back up shortly). Wouldn't there be a 404 error if it was their provider having issues?
