I don't see anything in the rules about being restricted to stock patches. My first submission used both stock patches and my own sounds. Using your own sounds is part of the sound design process. We'll see what Noel has to say.

Interesting that so far, most pieces are more melodic than sound effect. Not what I expected with the nature of the synth.

Here is another one. Sounds were exclusively sourced from Benedict's 500 Reasons ReFill and bounced to wav before being imported and mangled in Proton. Melodic Techno.
