Pattern mutator bug?

Using Pattern Mutator in RRP , trying to record the midi out but it just records all the notes onto the first beat of the clip. You can see the result in the screenshot. Not even sure how it is managing that, the playback during the record sounds as it should

My bad! User error. I had Auto Quantise recording switched on and the grid resolution set to 1 bar. So Cubase was bumping all the notes to the start of the bar.
