How to humanize/shuffle/delay gate signals

I want to humanize gate signals from my favourite Reason sequencers

Are these any RE utilities that will allow me to achieve this? is there a gate delay RE?

My ultimate goal is to create some sort of combi that will humanize multiple sequences to be related so if one step slows/speeds down on one instrument then another will other will try to match it
