thanks for this!
will be a really great helper when designing C2 patches. easy switchable multi FX comes to mind.

Nice!
Hey, are these like in Reaktor where sending integers switches between sources, but a continuous CV will crossfade between them? If not PLEASE consider that a feature request (an extension of my request for more Reaktor type modules for combinator building). I use these all the time in Reaktor - you could make an even simpler version, as it should also work with CV. Happy to be more specific if what I'm suggesting is unclear or you're not familiar with Reaktor (or both!).

These are a lot of fun. I wish you could trigger via CV in multi mode too.
Thank you pongasoft, your contributions are very much appreciated and your additions (RE) rock!

How would you envision CV to work in this case?PhillipOrdonez wrote: β14 Oct 2021These are a lot of fun. I wish you could trigger via CV in multi mode too.

I meant in single mode, but I now learnt you can just trigger the various buttons from the piano roll and that works a treat this device is going to get used so much (audio in) I'll explore audio oout as well and will probably find great uses for it. What I wanted basically is a way to fire various insert effects and have each effect choke the others. I was thinking with CV but the piano roll is more elegant. However, how would this work on the RRP?pongasoft wrote: β15 Oct 2021How would you envision CV to work in this case?PhillipOrdonez wrote: β14 Oct 2021These are a lot of fun. Are you saying that you have gone all these years without having/knowing about the 12:1 Audio In?PhillipOrdonez wrote: β15 Oct 2021I meant in single mode, but I now learnt you can just trigger the various buttons from the piano roll and that works a treat this device is going to get used so much (audio in) I'll explore audio oout as well and will probably find great uses for it. This 1:12 Audio Out is amazing.... I'm so happy that Yan built it for us!
This is my absolute favorite use of these two devices.
I am not sure what you hear then
BTW, the QR codes in the back are actually pointing to their respective documentation page... (they work well in HD...)
Yan
Can you give me some examples on how you use it precisely? I wanted to have an "Example of usage" section in the doc but wasn't too sure what to say...
Thanks

I'm talking about the new one that got released recently. I'm not sure which is which, but I'll admit that even though I had the other one for several years I never used it but will for sure! Thanks to the new one for sparking the ideas and get the gears turning
This device A/B output device is ideal for experimenting with different parallel track combinations.
Here's something I started building today, using all 16 different Audiomatic modes. It's definitely overkill, but it's fun be able to switch between different combinations to see what sounds best.
EDIT: I updated the patch.
Some other uses for this switch... A/B comparing different saturations/combinations
and A/B comparing different filters/combinations
Hey Yan,
I haven't had much time to test/explore beyond creating a Rex/FX combinator setup that I will attach - .
I made a recording for interests sake ( and created a new genre - Ponga .
Basic description/premise of Combinator (mostly stock I think...). 160bpm for this recorded one.
2 x Dr Rex: 1 x dry and 1 x wet FX. This example is the same loop on both Rex's apart from some different Slice Edit Mode settings. You can load up whatever you want - 2x8 is possible.
Dry and wet make use of Rex's decay, filter, octave, transpose and LFO.
FX goes through a AB 12 out switch to 12 different fx - with parameters that can be modulated.
There are some other delay/haas type feedback and eq/width fx going on, as well as some control over the gate trigger length/rate for the fx selection. Some of the switches are not allocated yet.
Anyway just playing around.
@Selig - what I am think you are describing is like Volt-SL?
Thanks for sharing.
