Hi Everyone!

This is Chris. Thanks for taking the time to try the synth and compose something! These submissions are awesome. I knew the synth was special but hearing what you guys have done with it has convinced me that a true, big analog sound has been captured. I hope you all enjoy using it. Thanks again for trying it out! Tell your friends!

And do try Selig Audio stuff - his work is amazing. Thanks for the plug man...
Definitely a power house full of classical saw wave configuration. Glad you are enjoying our submissions!

Hello Everyone,

This is my entry for the Saw-1 Discovery Challenge. All the sounds - including reverb, distortion, and delay effects, were made by the SAW-1 synth! I also used reason's internal compression, echo, tempo automation, and then some processing with ozone elements.

The Saw-1 is so dense but clear! I love how the hpf/lfp gives a harmonically different timbre too.

And all the tracks posted here are so inspiring and helpful in learning how to use reason in different ways. Thank you for the challenge too! :re: :reason:

Only used SAW-1 Discovery in the song for the sounds.

Really cool synth Chris! Good job :D

I enjoyed working with this synth!
All sounds including drums from 13 instances of SAW-1.

I like the diversity of the songs from the other participants!

I hope a link to Metapop is okay. I'm not sure if it's possible to embed it. I'll make the effort to re-upload to Soundcloud if need be.

The Synths are SAW-1s.
The drums are one of the abstract Redrum kits.

An entry for the heck of it. An uncomfortable waltz of sorts. 8 SAW (as far as I could push my cpu) a dual arp and a few native FX on the bus.

Had to drop the beat, as I had used drum sounds outside the Reason Factory Bank.

My entry! I like this synth!
I also misread the rules and used non factory drum stuff, so I guess that disqualifies my entry. No time to fix this today.

I missed to finish and to submit my song but it was fun to mess around with your Synthesizer, Chris.

Thanks to Mr. Griffin for the awesome synth and the opportunity to win a license. Can't wait to use this synth on future songs. Congrats Aepx and Adabler, too! Santee came early this year bearing synths.
