I've read your question 3x before I got it (I think?)

The names of the REs (or devices) needed are in the Refill's title: Quad, Noise Engineering (synths), Alligator, Dual Arp, MonoPoly, PX7 and so on. You don't need any specific Panda's device to use them, just those devices in the name of the Refill.
