Just found this, and I've loaded it into PX7, some nice FX patches in there too !
Apparently this rom cartridge is a rare special one, with 3 switches
- A to D
- 1 to 4
- alpha & Beta

Translation: Which results in 4 x 2 x 4 banks which means 32 x 32 with a DX7 = 1024 presets

Unpacking the zip gave me some errors, but the result still works just fine.

Is this not included in the 200k ReFill?
The ones not in "\2 Other Cartridges\PA-Decoder\" weren't either in the 200K, were duplicates of Yamaha cartridges or the PX7 converter ignored them while converting the SysEx banks.

Edit: Just inspected the zip. The PX7 converter got me 1017 patches.
Some are duplicates of Yamaha's VRC Cartridges, DX1 or TX7 Factory Banks.
A lot of the alpha ones exist on the MONST-ROM or the AViC banks. There's a bunch of duplicate patches within the HydraROM banks too, some with similar and others with unrelated patch names.

So, after excluding all the patches already included in the 2 main folders of the Slim 200K (30K unique) ReFill (as described above), I was left with 6 patches (1 on each of 2 beta and 4 alpha banks).
After checking those 6 with the rest of the other refill folders, those are already included in the \3 Floppy Disks\SoundSations set, so... nope, nothing new to add to the 200K :/

The 200k is just so overwhelming, and many of the patches are very bla. It's a tough refill to go thru. :(
If these are really nice patches, they might be worth downloading, even though they are duplicates, just for the convenience of having them all in one refill (and not having to navigate the 200k).
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.
