Republik is great dude. It's really good for adding a natural vibe to top loops, and there are some super playable melodic patches too. Really recommend it!Yonatan wrote:Finally bought the PH Rotor! Missed it last sale so very glad it showed up this time around.
Think it will be great for bringing some textures and movement.
Looking at my current list of interesting ones in the sale:
McDSP compressors
Synapse 90 Phaser
Softube Tube Delay
Step Note Recorder
Republik Handheld
Anyone who has any of these or remember their test-drive? Are they adding value beyond the stock-devices?
I´m not out to spend just for the sake of it, as we know sooner or later there will be a black friday also,
and not to say a bunch of new releases.
I like the simple interface of the Tube Delay but dont know
if it is justified when having "The Echo" in the rack? Any differences?
90´s Phaser I remember sounded quite warm and nice but is that
"one trick pony" a waste if owning Echobode?
Step Note Recorder (I like the layout): Can it be used for more standard songwriting, not only for electronic music?
Republik - I do love the vintage toy-like look of it and remember it had some nice tunable ones playing on the keyboard.
Yes, I am more into vintage stuff. Tubetech and Project Sam is on my Deluxe wishing-list for next major sale.
The same goes for Synchronous, which is an amazing and really fun tool for quickly adding very detailed effects.MirEko wrote:Not anything for me..
But if you don't own Pulsar.. Get it! Only 15$
I use that RE so much
