Reason 12 VST constantly crashing Ableton

I've been using Reason 11 as a Plugin on Ableton 10 for quite some time. Recently, I upgraded to Reason 12 and Ableton has been constantly crashing ever since. Several of my previous files won't even open anymore, as Ableton would just crash upon loading them. The files I do manage to open eventually crash as well, once I start loading instruments and effects on the Reason Plugin. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you been able to solve it?

You could try to reinstall Reason. Something might have damaged your installation.
