RRP plus Reaktor Issue in Studio One on Windows

Prob grasping at straws here but I wonder if anyone is using RRP and Reaktor in Studio One.

When I load RRP and Reaktor into a Studio One song, Studio One continues to run in the background after the program is exited.
The Studio One process must be cancelled in Windows.

The problem occurs only when BOTH plugins are added. Neither RRP nor Reaktor causes the issue when added individually.

Just wonder if anyone can test this to confirm the issue is not just my rig.

Presonus is in contact but so far no solution.

It appears that RRP v12 is causing the issue when ANY other plugin is added to a song in Studio One.
Reinstalling Reason and updating Studio One did nothing to fix the problem.
Opening ticket with RS.
Love for someone else to verify this issue in Studio One.

Thought issue was RRP online authorization. Not true.
Switched the RRP setting to computer authorization by disabling password option, but Studio One continues to run in Windows background if RRP is in the project.
Once in a while it will exit correctly.
