Reason Rack Plugin doesn't output sound until opening it after loading project

Hi, has anyone experienced an issue with the Reason Rack plugin when you load a project with it, it won't output sound until you open the GUI?

I'm using Bitwig 3.1.2, Reason 11.2. And it doesn't even happen with every instance -- I have a project with 3 tracks, all Rack plugins:

1) Europa -- doesn't make sound until I open the GUI
2) Combinator with a bunch of stuff, same
3) Kong -- works fine...

Any ideas how to fix this?
