Reason Rack Plugin Bounce Problem

So, I am using latest version of Reason Rack Plugin and I noticed quite weird thing.
When I bounce a track with RRP VSTi instance, I always get a little DC offset at the start of the bounced sample.
I can reproduce it in 3 hosts, FL Studio 20, Renoise 3.2.1 and Ableton Live Lite 10.1.9 (Mac OSX 10.12.6)

UPD: I lately discovered what Reason Rack Plugin VSTi provides incorrect latency information to the host.
Here is example - I load empty RRP instance into clean project and add Redrum into the rack, then checking the latency info and I got 64 samples of latency.

Maybe I doing it wrong... Any ideas?
