When using the Reason VST3-plugin in Reaper, I have an error-message when starting the program:

Assertion failed!
Program: ...n.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win\Reason Rack Plugin.vst3
File: c:\boost_1_69_0\boost\smart_ptr\scoped_ptr.hpp
Line: 105
Expression: px !=0

If I have an internet connection, the problem does not occur.
Is it a bug within the new rack plugin?

Look here:

The solution is halfway down - "remove stored password" in the vst menu.

Hi, may I ask, where you have found teh download or how you installed the reason rack plugin. I have upgraded my reason 10 version but I can only download the stand alone installation package of reason 11. But the Installer has no option for vst plugin.

You do not have to choose the plugin-installation. It is installed automatically. My DAW (Reaper) found the plugin without problems. There should be a VST3-plugin-folder. When typing ¨reason¨, you should find the plugin. There are two VST3 plugins, one VST3i for instruments, and one for effects.
