Reason Recon updated to 12.6.1d23, arm64 on macOS support

Reason Recon 12.6.1d23 was just published to the RESDK4 auto-update channel.

Just start Reason Recon and accept the auto-update to get it.

It replaces the last published update, which was 12.2.10d28. Built from the same code as Reason 12.6.1d72 (the current stable release).

So the update reflects anything applicable from changes to Reason, most notably native support for arm64 on macOS.

Please note that it will want to start in native Apple-mode on Mac, and the current SDK doesn't make local45s that support this yet.

You will have to set it to start in Rosetta mode, and keep it like that until the soon-to-be-released SDK beta which adds support for testing local45 for arm64 on macOS.
