Is a parameter lock possible with RE?

Say the developer wants to have the pitch bend setting save with each patch, but playing on my Seaboard, I want the pitch bend to remain the same as I browse patches, is there a way to have a parameter lock on REs? Many VSTs have this feature. I don't think I've seen it on a RE...
