Custom Combinator

One thing that turns me off about the Combinator is the amount of screenspace it uses if you want to see the devices. So I made a smaller version of it that helps with this. Unfortunately, I tend to put devices into a Combinator AFTER I've started doing something with them. I don't put an empty Combinator into the Rack and start populating it. And once you start a Combinator going, there's no way to swap out the standard shell for a different one, afaik.

So, I"m stuck with the full-size Combinator unless I do some copy and paste and general messing around that can actually screw things up. It'd sure be nice if we could choose a default Combinator shell.

While it is not to much effort to fix the layout, a template loading for Combinators could make sense.
