When you don't use the browser I wish when you clicking next/previous patch on a device and it changes to a other device where the buttons for next/previous is located some where else the mouse pointer should follow instead of be where the buttons was befor on the previous device.
This is when clicking/browsing with the mouse though, sure I can assign a controller for it ...

Interesting point... Guess this is the disadvantage that the dev needs to integrate it in the device instead of that Reason provides it.

You can assign a midi button for Next/Previous Patch of current selected device using the Additional Remote Overrides menu.
