TCP with Sequencer side by side

Dear Dev Team

I noticed that in Reason 13 the TCP(track control panel) is not able to be with the sequencer side by side any more, right? But in my opinion that layout brings a lot of convinience when creating new things, it make things happen fast. So if possible please bring that layout back.
