Browser - Down arrow should switch focus from search box to results

We're very close to being able to search for and create devices without using the mouse.
The only issue is that there's no way to change focus from the search box to the results list using the keyboard.
1. Press Command-F to focus the search box
2. Start typing to narrow down results
3. Press the down arrow to select the desired device <- This is missing
4. Press return to instantiate
Basically, pressing the down arrow while typing in the search box should select the first result. It's a small tweak that would improve the browser significantly.
