There isn't one anymore.

Instead, we have the feature suggestion forum, which they probably aren't looking at, but maybe might possibly think about considering taking it upon themselves to remind someone in the team to take a quick glance at the thread titles on their cigarette break .

Maybe, but if it's first brought up in the feature suggestions forum the idea can be improved, and then when it's better specified and described a TP or even an RE developer with a closer relationship with PH could start a proper conversation with them.

IIRC, the feature suggestions forum was the right place for them to look, but I think sometime around 2016 they stopped. By then they already had a well-curated list, many of which we've seen put into action.

Either way, by bringing it up in the feature suggestion forum, a more lasting conversation can get started.
