Change mouse cursor, when hovering control elements in effects and instruments

I think this is something which everyone know. I want to quickly change a setting of a synth or effect, i missed the click and accidentally moved the device:

What about changing the mouse cursor, when you hovering control elements?
It's standard in the web, i think it could be useful in the rack, too:

That, or just remove the drag & drop functionality from the mid sections of devices so accidental moves stop happening.

Or alternatively, have the hand tool appear when you are hovering over an open section of a device in which you can grab and move (like it appears when you hover over a rack rail).
