Blocks player device

A blocks player device on top of the rack.
You can select the block and it will play that block from the next bar.
You could also record from block player to the song mode.
So say you start with block 1, swith to block two obetween bar 4-5, but it plays block two on bar 5, just like Ableton main group player in sessions view.

This is exactly what many of us expected Blocks would allow from day one. Not sure why it's still not "a thing", as well as a command to make any selection into a Block (you can convert Blocks to Song Clips, but not the other way around).

Yeah man, thats the only Reason i look out for other DAWs that have clip launching features. It has become a proven very good way to start working with clips or blocks and go over to standard arrangments in a later stage. Probably a maybe 5,6 year old wish.

But they probably cant do that as a standard player without adding a new SDK. But they could add a proprietary device.
